About Blue Point Channel
Blue Point is built on a proven operating base developed over 7 years: a live platform, established distributor relationships, and a global footprint across dozens of markets.
Blue Point Channel LLC (Delaware) operates the network. The technology layer is developed and maintained by an independent technology partner based in Barcelona, Spain.
Our mission is simple: make independent local distributors globally relevant — and give vendors a credible way to scale in markets where global giants don’t execute.

Where we come from:
7 years of building in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets
Blue Point Channel is built on seven years of operational experience across 55+ countries — markets where no global player truly executes and only local and regional operators do: Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
Thousands of conversations with distributors across five continents taught us how these markets work — how people negotiate, how they buy, what technology they need, and what’s missing for them to access it. And we learned something fundamental: not all markets are the same.
That accumulated experience, combined with a shared technology platform developed by an independent technology partner, an operational footprint across 80+ integrated manufacturers and thousands of connected resellers, and the rise of AI as a new paradigm — brought us here: Blue Point Channel.
Artificial intelligence
Consolidation
The market today:
Two forces are redefining IT distribution.
The 15 largest IT distributors control 61% of a ~$463B market, concentrated in Tier 1 markets and increasingly in Tier 2. Manufacturers reduce partners every year. Some already require a minimum of $30M to remain in the program. You either scale — or you disappear.
But 39% of the market (~$176B) is still in the hands of ~4,000 independent distributors, operating primarily in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. That is our market.
The titans are investing millions in AI for their captive platforms — platforms no independent distributor can access because they belong to their direct competitor. Blue Point is building the alternative.
Today, two models coexist with similar goals but opposite strategies. On one side, the traditional titans: strong physical presence and logistics in Tier 1 markets, but a relatively small digital footprint compared to their traditional business. It’s the difference between Walmart and Amazon — a traditional CEO versus a digital CEO. Both sell online, but only one is primarily digital-first. On the other side, the players leading in digital distribution have given up physical presence and logistics in-country. That makes it harder for them to access Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets and limits their ability to sell products that require real logistics.
Blue Point Channel commits to a third path: the digitalisation of hundreds of local distributors with physical presence and real logistics capability in their countries — a unique model of a digital network with physical execution in-market.
Which distribution model do we want?
What we’ve built:
A network. Leadership in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. Local independence.
Every Blue Point distributor keeps their brand, team, market, and customers. What changes is what they gain.
Access to manufacturers they could never sign alone. Support in the digitalisation process without depending on a direct competitor. Shared investment and networking capability. And a network of fellow distributors across dozens of countries — giving them scale without losing identity.
For manufacturers, we are consolidated access to Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
For distributors, we are the difference between competing alone and competing as a network.
We are not a marketplace. We are not an alliance. We are not a consultancy.
We are the infrastructure connecting those the market is trying to leave behind.
